Pricing & Vehicle Condition

All prices listed on our website are starting estimates only and are based on average vehicle conditions. Final pricing may increase after an in-person inspection if the vehicle requires additional labor, products, or services due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, neglect, or other conditions beyond what is considered standard.

Customers will be notified of any price adjustments before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Vehicle Inspection

Our technicians reserve the right to inspect the vehicle upon arrival before beginning service. If the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the information provided during booking, we may adjust the quoted price, modify the service scope, or decline the service.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Biohazardous materials

  • Excessive contamination

  • Aggressive behavior or harassment

  • Inaccessible vehicles

  • Conditions that may cause damage to equipment or personnel

  • Misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition

If service is refused or discontinued after arrival, a partial refund may be issued.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a job is refused, canceled due to vehicle condition, or cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover scheduling, travel, administrative costs, and reserved appointment time.

Refunds, when approved, may be issued for up to 75% of the original payment amount. The remaining portion may be retained to cover incurred costs and lost appointment availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle size and condition.

  • Remove personal belongings before the appointment.

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service time.

  • Disclose any biohazards, bodily fluids, mold, infestations, or hazardous materials prior to booking.

Satisfaction Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service. Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns but do not guarantee refunds based on subjective expectations.

Damage Limitation

While we exercise reasonable care during service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn materials, aftermarket modifications, loose trim, faded paint, damaged upholstery, electronic malfunctions, or defects that become apparent during the cleaning process.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Service Agreement

By booking a service, making a payment, or allowing us to begin work on your vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
